At mealtimes, the traditional cuisine served by the Albergo Villa Milena will lead guests on a journey of discovery of the flavours and aromas of the local dishes of Romagna.

From breakfast, when organic produce is served, to the menu that every day offers a choice of meat or fish dishes and from the rich vegetable buffet that accompanies every meal to the special attention we pay to the needs of our youngest guests there really is something to suit every palate.



Procedure:
Put the flour on the pastry board with the lard and oil at the centre. Add the warm water or milk (in which you previously have dissolved the salt) and mix together well until you have a fairly soft dough.
Knead well then allow to rest for a while. Divide the dough into small pieces of about the size of a lemon. Roll out into discs that are about half a centimetre thick.
Ensure the hot plate is extremely hot, lower the flame and begin to cook the discs. Prick them from time to time with a fork. Allow to cook well, then turn and cook the other side.

Serve hot with cheese, salami or ham and a good glass of red wine.
